Castle’s EQUALIZER delivers a professional hot melt bond every time

The Equalizer is a true Hot-Melt edgebander designed with Siemens temperature management technology that enables the machine to reach bonding temperature in under 20 minutes. The top-mounted status light lets the operator know what stages of operation the Equalizer is in at all times. The Equalizer uses a quick-change, automatically fed glue pot that applies glue to the surface of the material as it passes. This machine uses conventional hot melt glue pellets for all edgebanding including veneer, vertical grade laminate and up to 1.5 mm PVC and handles banding up to 1″ in width.

Ships with a Hand trimmer and a starter supply of Canplast #2031 general purpose medium viscosity glue pellets.
We recommend using Canplast, Dorus or Jowat medium viscosity general purpose glue pellets; just don’t mix the brands within the same glue pot!
